It’s beginning to look a lot like….well, the holidays! Things are getting busy, Christmas is just around the corner. COREpilates at SUMC will be starting the last session of 2010 THIS WEEK. This Thursday, October 28, we will start the series entitled FOUR for the CORE.
Come join us as, each week, for the next four weeks, we focus on a specific aspect of Pilates exercises. Here is a sneak peek at the exercises we will be practicing:
Week 1: Pilates Ab Series- Focus principle CORE/POWERHOUSE
Week 2: Pilates Leg Series- Focus principle CONTROL/FLOW
Week 3: Pilates Back Series- Focus Principle ALIGNMENT/CENTERING
Week 4: Pilates Plank Series (it works everything!)- Focus Principle PRECISION
