FLEXIBILITY is also important for optimal performance in our spiritual lives. In order to move in alignment with God’s will, we must be flexible enough to stretch out past our comfort zones and reach into the lives of others to share our faith. To do this, we need a strong CORE in Christ, a foundation which holds us firm as we move in faith.
Come to COREpilates Thursday at SUMC as we explore how being grounded with a strong CORE can help us move with FLEXIBILITY as we seek optimal performance in FAITH and in FITNESS.
